Doctors Hospital at Renaissance Establishes New Volunteer Program-Volunteers Needed!

Edinburg, TX—Doctors Hospital at Renaissance (DHR) is kicking off a new volunteer program for 2010. DHR seeks community members that are willing to share their talents to help enhance the hospital’s patient services.

DHR is need of a new group of volunteers to enrich the hospital’s services by assisting and supporting patients, visitors, and staff. Volunteer locations available include the main DHR campus, The Women’s Hospital at Renaissance, The Cancer Center at Renaissance, The Rehab Center at Renaissance, The Children’s Center at Renaissance, and The Renaissance Behavioral Center. Flexible days and hours are available with a minimum of 4 hours per week.

Doctors Hospital at Renaissance is actively seeking compassionate and caring volunteers to take part in this program and welcomes volunteers from all areas of the community, aged 15 years and older. Currently, there are fifteen adult volunteers and five volunTEENS dedicating their services to DHR.
